Order Cancellation   Orders may be cancelled, depending on where the order is in the ordering process.  If you Contact Us before an order has been processed, we will cancel your order.  If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel.  Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped.  If you'd like to return your item, please refer to our return policy.   If an item is on backorder, you have up to 2 business days prior to the estimated ship date to cancel your back order.  If you'd like to cancel your back order, you must Contact Us.  Include your email address on your original order and your invoice number.  Subject should state Order Cancellation.   We will email an Order Cancellation Number after the order cancellation has been processed.  If you do not receive an Order Cancellation Number, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled so, please Contact Us for status if you have not received the Order Cancellation Number within one business day.   Return Policy   If you experience a problem, question or concern, please Contact Us immediately.    All merchandise may be returned within 30 days.  Please Contact Us for a Return Authorization number.  Items returned without a return authorization , will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.   All returns must be in 'as received' condition and include all original packaging, warranty cards and manuals. Items that are not in 'as received' condition will not be accepted.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to items received without original packaging, warranty cards and manuals.   Refund Policy   Expressions of Time will be happy to process refunds for returned merchandise, however, refunds cannot be processed for any amount greater than the original amount paid.  The original amount paid includes cost of ordered items and shipping and handling.  Shipping and handling is reimbursed for defective items only.
